# Change User Defaults

When creating a new user these are the default settings that will apply to the user. This setting is available to Domain Administrators.

 

### For all Users

To change these default settings Navigate to **Domain Settings** from the top **More** drop-down menu. Select **User Defaults** on the left side navigation. If your domain contains existing users you would like to apply these rules to as well make sure to **Click or Tap on the Propagate** button.
