Since 2000, Smart Dolphins has striven to offer a broad range of IT products and services. Over the past 17 years, they have evolved into a managed service provider, helping small and mid-size organizations drive efficiency and productivity by ensuring that their IT systems are fast, secure and reliable.
The Challenge
Our echolocation was bouncing with excitement when we heard that Smart Dolphins needed a revamped web presence! The previous website had been created years ago and did not properly reflect the company’s unique approach to technology, or its porpoiseful culture. Caorda was thrilled with the opportunity to refresh the site, with the goal to educate potential customers and streamline the lead conversion process.
The Solution
We dove in to create a new design for Smart Dolphins with highlights on the team’s accomplishments and proactive methodology. One of our favourite aspects is the homepage video as it features clips of the pod in action! Caorda also custom designed an interactive services widget to help potential customers understand the company’s invaluable service offerings. Additionally, we integrated their help/chat tool, Instagram feed, and contact form synced with their existing CRM technology.
We are very happy with how the site turned out and think we made a big splash with this one! Working with Smart Dolphins was a blast and we wish them all the best with the new site!
