Mark van Bakel

I would like to endorse Mark Nahirny and the team at Caorda for work related to BC Assessment data importing. Mark developed both our existing (BCA legacy data advice) data loader and recently developed our new database schema and importer in response the BC Assessment implementation of an XML data delivery format, and was instrumental in ensuring our implementation was delivered on time and to our specifications. It is without hesitation that I endorse Mark and his team for this proposal/project.
