When creating a new user these are the default settings that will apply to the user. This setting is available to Domain Administrators.
For all Users
To change these default settings Navigate to Domain Settings from the top More drop-down menu. Select User Defaults on the left side navigation. If your domain contains existing users you would like to apply these rules to as well make sure to Click or Tap on the Propagate button.
