Forwarding allows any email sent to your address to be sent along to one or more internal or external addresses of your choosing. When setting up forwarding, you can decide if you would like to maintain a copy of the message in your inbox or to just forward the mail along to the selected addresses.
Navigate to Settings

To get started first you will need to login to your Webmail. Navigate to your settings from the More menu in the top navigation, then Select Settings.
Enable Forwarding

To enable forwarding for your account navigate to the Account section of your settings. Scroll down, and you will find a section near the bottom called Forwarding.
Forward to more

Within the forwarding box if you would like to forward to more than one address you can enter each address on a new line. A new line will appear after you enter an address to allow you to enter in more.
When you are done, scroll to the top and hit Save. Your inbox will now forward it’s mail to your selected addresses.
